3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one nb999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. nb999 will suspend all accounts found to belong to the same individual and may permanently forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid mobile number. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. nb999 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration.

3.3 Account Security

Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility. Notify nb999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are credited to your nb999 account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. nb999 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. 5.3 Currency

• All bets are final once confirmed. nb999 does not cancel confirmed bets except where permitted under the applicable event or game rules (e.g., event cancellation, technical game error);
• nb999 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, in the event of system errors, or where nb999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in bad faith or in circumvention of platform rules;
• Winnings are credited to the player's account balance upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to a bonus balance;
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits per event or game may apply. These are displayed at the point of placing each bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nb999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
